Process Improvement Form

Process Improvement is the task of identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing business processes within the organization to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, develop the skills of employees, improve efficiencies and enhance product quality.

Please note that process improvement requests are accepted based on the needs of the university as a whole. Completion timelines are dependent on the complexity of the improvements. A Talon Team member will contact you about your request after the team has vetted the request. Please allow 2-4 weeks for initial processing.
