Staff Appreciation Awards Nomination Process and Deadlines

The 2024 nomination period has closed.

Staff, faculty, students, peers, supervisors and external customers can nominate a deserving staff member for any of the 14 staff awards.

  • Nomination forms are available on the Staff Appreciation awards website. Click on the specific award for the correct nomination form.
  • See the Staff Appreciation Award Nomination Writing Guidelines in English and in Spanish to use as you are completing your nomination form.
  • Nomination forms can be completed, signed and sent to Human Resources in the Support Services Building, Room 116, or scanned and emailed to Ashley.Reyes@untsystem.edu, or completed using the fillable PDF and submitting it electronically. Simply download the form, complete all the fields, and when you are ready to submit the nomination form, email the completed nomination form to Ashley.Reyes@untsystem.edu with 'Staff Appreciation Nomination Form' in the subject line.
  • UNT’s Human Resources department will verify all eligibility for all nominations.
  • A committee of staff members from each division will evaluate the nominations and make recommendations to the President's Cabinet for review and final selection.
