The Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief Human Resources Officer oversees the human resources team that provides services such as employee relations, organizational development and engagement, talent acquisition and workforce planning and strategy, as well as support for benefits inquiries and compensation needs for the Denton and Frisco campuses.
Bio Information
Alayne brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, having held HR leadership positions at local, regional, statewide and multi-state levels. Most recently, she served as the Regional Human Resources Officer for Texas Health Resources (THR), where she was responsible for overseeing six hospitals in the East Region. Upon joining THR in 2019, Alayne played a pivotal role in the opening of the Texas Health Frisco Hospital, a collaborative venture with UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Prior to her role at THR, Alayne was the Vice President of Human Resources at Medical City McKinney, where she successfully facilitated the transition to a unified HR shared services model.

Alayne holds professional certifications including Change Management Practitioner and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
