Bio Information

Jaclyn Le joined the University of North Texas in October 2024 to advance the university’s strategic initiatives and presidential priorities. She works closely with university leadership and community stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, monitoring, and implementation of high-impact projects, initiatives, and key presidential priorities that drive student success, academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Prior to UNT, Jaclyn was the Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives and Engagement at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. In this role, she was responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, corporate partnerships, and other priorities related to the state’s strategic plan for higher education called Building a Talent Strong Texas.

She has extensive experience in impact-driven roles focused on increasing economic mobility for learners and workers through the K-12, higher education, workforce development, and economic development systems. Jaclyn previously served as Senior Manager of Advisory Services at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she managed a portfolio of advisory engagements with Fortune 1000 companies and designed talent strategies to support the economic advancement of workers and learners. Her previous professional experiences also included designing and implementing national philanthropic initiatives, conducting policy research, and providing strategic consulting for companies, nonprofits, and education institutions.
