Collaboration for Student Success Award

The Collaboration for Student Success Award honors staff who lead collaborative efforts across departments, units, or teams to create meaningful, coordinated strategies that positively impact student success. Up to one recipient may receive a one-time payment of $3,000 and a commemorative engraved gift, which is presented during the Staff Appreciation Luncheon during Staff Appreciation Month.

Eligibility:

• Nominee must be in a UNT retirement-eligible staff position for at least six consecutive months.
• Nominee must not have received any formal disciplinary action or performance improvement plan within the twelve months prior to the nomination date.
• Nominee may not have received the award within the previous three years.

Criteria:

• Nominee demonstrates effective collaboration and leadership across multiple stakeholders.
• Nominee results in sustained improvements or scalable initiatives that enhance the student experience.
